Think sleepover energy meets theme park adventure. Join us for a 4-Day, 3-Night girls’ trip to Orlando to enjoy Halloween Horror Nights, Epic Universe, cozy late-night chats, midnight snacks, and new friendships.
I’ve visited Universal Orlando multiple times over the past few years and designed this itinerary based on my favorite experiences, rides, food spots, and park strategies to help make this weekend as smooth and fun as possible.
Dates: October 16 - October 19, 2026
What’s Included:
3 nights at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel (shared sleepover-style suite accommodations)
Full trip coordination and hosted itinerary
Welcome Meal (Late-night pizza or snacks)
Universal resort transportation to/from the park during the trip
Coordination for one (1) private meetup so everyone can get to know each other before the trip, and a private group chat
Curated small-group experience focused on friendship, fun, and memorable experiences
What’s Not Included:
Flights to Orlando
Universal park tickets
Transporation outside of the scheduled group transportation
Most meals/snacks
Souvenirs, personal purchases, and optional add-ons or upgrades
Group size: 3–4 participants
Booking & payment:
Guests reserve a spot by placing a deposit through Stripe. Due to the small group size and upfront costs, deposits are non-refundable.
Important note:
This is a small-group retreat experience. We do not provide flights, transportation, or third-party travel services.
Itinerary
Friday (10/16)
11 AM - 2 PM: Reach Orlando
2 PM - 5 PM: Free time (Relax in hotel, Explore City Walk, etc.)
6:30 PM - 12 AM: Halloween Horror Nights (Optional)
12:30 AM: Late-night pizza and snacks
Saturday (10/17)
8 AM: Enter Islands of Adventure early
9 AM - 9 PM: Spend the day exploring Universal Studios + Islands of Adventure
10 PM: Head back to the hotel + have dinner
Sunday (10/18)
9 AM - 9 PM: Enter Universal Epics early, and enjoy the park
10 PM: Head back to the hotel + have dinner
Monday (10/19)
11 AM: Get ready in the morning slowly, have breakfast, check out, and goodbye hugs
Please note: This itinerary is intended to be a fun, high-level overview of the weekend. Everyone is encouraged to take breaks, rest, split off for rides/shopping, or recharge as needed throughout the trip <3

Important details
This option does not include accommodations and is separate from the full hosted trip package.
Travelers are responsible for purchasing the correct park tickets, arranging their own transportation, and arriving at the designated meeting points on time.
Hosted support is available during the scheduled group park hours. Personal flight delays, hotel issues, missed reservations, transportation problems, and activities outside the group itinerary remain the traveler’s responsibility.
The hosted experience is designed to provide structure, community, and support, but the itinerary may shift based on weather, park operations, crowds, ride closures, and the needs of the group.
Meet-Us-There Hosted Park Option — $200
Orlando Girl’s Trip Options
Share a queen bed with another girl in the suite’s shared room. Best for friends booking together or girls comfortable with a cozy sleepover-style setup.
Your own queen bed in a shared suite room. You’ll still share the overall suite/common areas with the group, but your bed space will be your own.
Prefer to book your own flights, hotel, and park tickets? Join the Universal Orlando girls trip through the Meet-Us-There Hosted Park Option and enjoy pre-trip planning, a group chat, personalized park strategy, and hosted park days for $200. Travel, accommodations, tickets, meals, and transportation are booked separately.
